So I've had two days off work went in today and they sent me home because 'i didn't phone in to tell them I was coming in' so they covered my shift... I have never done that before... wankers. Oh well another relax day for me, daddy and baby 💙 I've questioned my maternity leave now, hopefully finishing within the next 2 weeks just had enough of the place now! 😑

I was exactly the same! planned in working til 36 weeks and left at 30 weeks I felt pushed out and they treated me different while I was pregnant x

That was the policy at my work as well. Not just for pregnancy but all the time. It should be written in the sickness part of your contract x

@carlybeanw yeah it is in the policies but I have never had a problem before with it.. Probably sent me home because they were overstaffed and just used that as an excuse! X
