Hi, well i had an emergency scan today due to some growing pains... anyway there was no boy bits so…

I was told they have until 28 weeks to fully show their boy bits. At 20 weeks I was told 2 girls but he said a todger May show itself at my 28 week scan! X

@georgina-ox, confused my boys always show at 12 weeks and it actually looked like a vagina you would normally see boy bits developments @tbrooks15, lol 28 weeks no I don’t think hun it’s only an issue if baby hides away well I won’t know for sure until 9 days time

@georgina-ox, @tbrooks15, but I guess everyone is differing and every pregnancy but I’m 15 weeks so I would expect to see some kind of development

That's genuinely what happened with my cousin she got told she was having a wee girl and then right at her last scan at like 36 weeks or something it showed up she was having a boy, she had bought everything and right up to that last scan it was showing a girl x

@georgina-ox, oh wow did u do 4d scans though and yeah the black and white scans are no good this is we’re everyone gets different genders said as it’s not very clear... but with a 4d u can see clearly I mean the only reason I was thinking a girl

Was that I and the scanner could see 3 lines so just a waiting game I have a 4d scan at 16 weeks so not so long away plus they scan be for as long as it takes to be accurate

@whiteford.lisa05, no way that’s sad... but one of the reason why I personally go for private scans and nhs scans as I know some are just students that do the scans... and today me and scanner see 3 lines so I though maybe girl but I won’t know for sure till my 4d scan

Plus my boys are usually very clear 😂😂😂🙈🙈🙈🙈 at 12 weeks let alone 15

@leanne2016, it was a private gender scan she got to confirm it lol, it's not that it didn't show it was just that he was a late developer lol

@whiteford.lisa05, oh yes possibly but I didn’t think you can go wrong with a 4d scan at all... especially at 15 weeks plus

@whiteford.lisa05, 🙈🙈🙈 no way of course it’s worrying could u imagine that’ll turn me loopy like literally thinking your having 1 gender than 2 weeks before labour or even in labour it’s a different gender all

That money spent and most of the times were throwing away tags to wash cloths 🙈

@leanne2016, I had 10 scans so I wasn’t too worried as they checked everytime! I saw 3 line from an earlier scan so I knew I had at least one girl in there (didn’t know they were identical at this point) x

@leanne2016, yeah that's exactly what happened like everything was pink and personalised, and then 4 weeks before she was due it was a boy

Mine was deffo a boy at 16 weeks and confirmed at 20 weeks. Couldn’t tell from 4D scan though

14 weeks I found out I was having a boy and very much a boy too x

@7littlegems, yes I feel boys are easily spotted I would have seen boy bits today at 15 weeks if both my boys showed at 12 but hey he might be a bit behind if boy 🙈😂😂
