If I told you that I had life all figured out that wouldn’t be an honest fact. The truth is I am constantly learning new things each day, about myself, about the roles I’ve taken on, and what I am made of. I’ll admit there are days when I have wanted to quit, quit everything and just hide from the world. One thing I have to do is to always tell myself that I am human. I can’t carry the weight of the world all by myself. Being a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, is a lot of work. I’ve been running my own business for about 7 months and to be completely honest there are days where I feel like such a failure. All I want is to be an example for my kids, to show them that all of the hard work I’ve been doing is worth it. I want them to know that no matter what obstacles are thrown at them that they can still succeed. I’m still new to this, I’m still learning how to show everyone that I am good at what I do, that I love this path I have taken. I am more than capable to help anyone on this journey, just because I have a lot of work to do on myself doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m doing. If people could put their judgement down for 2 seconds and get to know me, maybe more people would take that step for themselves. A book is still just as amazing no matter what the cover looks like.
