Hello. I just want to say you may need to look into the laws to kick him out legally. If he lives there he is technically a tenant of the residence. You may have to give him a 30 day written notice depending if the residence is in your name, how long he’s been living there and such. I don’t know the situation you’re in but it just may be nice to know the laws so you can get him gone without any back lash. I hope everything works out for you and that you can get in a better situation.

@nizzynatty66 I know that's right girl. In my case, abuse was involved so I went downtown got myself a restraining order and the cops came back with me to evict his stupid ass that same day. Some of these men really need to learn.
