I've be been really thinking about Co sleeping with the new baby for the first few months 🤔... My partner says he would like a king sized bed first (he's 6'3) we never Co slept with Ji she was in her own crib and room by 6mos and we dnt have the room for it... A girl can dream though 😔

Bassinet beside the bed? It would definitely be safer and then you wouldn't have to worry about the bed, and could eventually shift baby to a crib maybe in Ji's room and Ji to a toddler bed. Just a thought. :)

I actually co slept with my son 🤷🏻♀️ he was in a co sleeper on the mattress with me. I recommend the doc a tot thing tho! My son only sleeps next to me now if he is sick or having one of his nights 😊

I had a traumatic c section and then I ended up having post partum depression. My son constantly needed me next to him to feel safe, and that was my only option if I wanted any sleep and it also made my depression a lot better having my hand on him or having my arms “cuddling” the co sleeper
