my exclusively breastfed baby doesn’t go poop everyday today is his 3rd day without, and it’s making me worry. he has wet diapers a lot through out the day.. just no poop. 😰
anyone else expierence this with your kids??
what can i eat to help him go poop.. i’ve tried prune juice.

@its.a.bird, yes i know. i said anything i can eat, and i drank the juice.

This is completely normal! Breast milk is just what your baby needs so very little becomes waste. It’s normal for an EBF baby to go days without pooping. My son once went a week without going! If he doesn’t seem distressed or in pain then he’s fine & you can skip the prune juice.

My daughter pooped everyday my pediatrician says they pooped when they are full .... but I wouldn’t wait 10 days can u imagine not pooping for 10 days that’s going to be a cranky uncomfortable baby .... don’t wait too long 🙏🏽
