What finger foods can you give a 6 month old? I want to give her avocado but I’m scared 😅

I have this app called the bump and it’s super helpful with these types of things. Also my sister- in law was giving her son avocado, scrambled eggs, cooked veggies... lots of things at 6 months. I had to sit with him while he was eating it because I was scared he would choke or something but he did fine and he loved it.

I hear you my son is the same way. I have to mix cereal with his milk and give him baby food once or twice a day for him to be satisfied. He’s sooo greedy

They know what they want. They’re in charge temporarily before we get to take over😂

Avocado is perfect

My son gave my 6 month old his watermelon skins with some meat still on it and she actually ate it just fine I was watching her very closely just incase but she did really well

Lightly mashed avo should be just fine, I have a mesh bad purchased from target, my mom used to put bits of steak for my brother but I only do fruits n veggies for my family 😊
