I was told 8 months starts at 32 weeks and ends at 35.

The 8th month is 31-35 weeks ... so technically you aren’t 8 months until you’ve completed the 8th month at the end of your 35th week. At 30 weeks you are 7 months pregnant, at 33 weeks your 7.5 months.

38+4 here, intense practice contractions for over a week now, and I STILL feel like I have forever to go! 3rd trimester is no joke
