My back hurts so bad I can’t sit or do anything laying hurts, walking hurts standing still hurts.. I doubt the hospital can do anything for my back but idk how I’m suppose to get anything done when I can’t even wipe my own ass without being brought to tears from the amount of pain in my lower back. I can’t lay down without hurting either & nothing is helping I just wanna cry.

Can you go to a chiropractor? My chiropractor has been a lifesaver during my pregnancies.

@caffeine.fiend, I have a herniated disk in my back not much he could do without hurting me more at this point. I just need some relief I’m scared all this pain will affect the baby

I know herniated discs are no fun, as I’ve watched my brother-in-law suffer through them and two surgeries. I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this kind of pain. I hope you can find some relief soon!
