Well work put me out this morning while bending over I slipped a disk in my back & they said I can’t come back until baby is born ..😥. Problem is I get help by the state with daycare funding and they only give 12 weeks maternity leave before you have to work again and unfortunately that would put baby at like a week old, I’m waiting to get pregnant disability set up but they left me in a tough situation. I have to find another job before I don’t have daycare any longer because the wait list is literally about 2 years long at this point they haven’t received funding in almost 2 years and are in the negative I’m so stressed now 🤦🏽♀️😥.

Oh my! First sorry for your slipped disc ... I hope the pain eases up . If you have a case worker or something maybe you can talk to them about it . There has to be something that can be done because you also need time to heal and bond before baby is born. It will work out! HUGS !

My friend got put out at like 4m, and was on disability until the baby was born, then it went to maternity leave for 12 weeks. She did have to fight for the disability, but she didn't have a slipped disk or anything.
