But I assumed it was fake because in the cc is says RE and usually that’s only there as a forward and I don’t think any of my normal apple emails come that way.

It’s fake, it sends you to a fake apple website & asks you for all your personal information.

It’s happened to quite a few ppl.

It's totally fake. Real Apple emails will use your name. And if you look at the email that it was sent from, most likely it isn't even remotely close to 'Apple'

I get these and ones from "FedEx", "iTunes", "PayPal", etc. All fakes. Never use a link in an email (unless it's like a password reset that you requested), instead always go to the website by typing it in your browser.

The way you can check who it’s from is click details

And then it’ll say from: ___ and the click where their name is.

It’ll show you the email adress
