The woman in top picture was 6 months postpartum, unhappy with who she was and couldn’t stand to look at herself or be looked at. The woman in the bottom picture has confidence to step outside and doesn’t mind people seeing her. She’s learning to love herself during this time of great change. In a year I’ve made huge strides in my journey from desperate to inspired coach and now a confident woman. I still have a ways to go before hitting my goal but I have the tools I need to get there and the drive to do it. A year ago I never pictured myself being where I am, but here I am seeing my hard work paying off. If you can get yourself in the right mindset you can achieve anything.
