I'm 3 month pp and my c section scar and muscles underneath still hurts horribly. Tylenol or Advil doesn't work. Is his normal? Is there anything I can do to not be in pain?

I've heard you can still get scar pains years after. I had mine last October, and I still get pains every once in a while.
