I hate banking with Wells Fargo... my mortgage is supposed to come out on automatic withdrawal every first of the month, well they never took it out so I paid it on the 6th well now that I paid it they took ANOTHER payment out today.... so I had to call to get that payment refunded because that was money for my other bills, now they’re telling me it could take up to 12 days to get the refund! I absolutely hate banking with them I always have issues 😑🤬

We bank with Bank of America and we’ve only had one issue with them otherwise it’s all good, I’m sure when we buy a house we will have to switch to Wells Fargo
