So, the way it was explained to me, you’re not really “extremely fertile”, you just don’t know when your period is going to start back up after having a baby. You still have to go through your ovulation before you can get pregnant. There’s a chance you could be pregnant, but a chance you aren’t. If you aren’t, be very careful until your period starts back up.
