Did this weight gain just come out of nowhere? Like you haven't changed anything lifestyle wise and still gaining? If so, I think you should see your doc. I mean, it's not like it could HURT. This VERY thing is currently happening to my best friend. She went in cause of the rapid weight gain and bein tired all the time. They started with checking her thyroid but now believe she's having a heart valve problem! I went with her last week to get an echocardiogram done and we are currently awaiting the results. I say if this is outta nowhere and unexplained...get to the doc mama. Better safe than sorry girl!
I’m doing a low carb diet and eliminating sugars. I haven’t weighed myself yet but my mother in law lost 10lbs in a week and we’re doing the same thing.
@garay88 im weighing 100 or less now I used to weigh 115-120 but now I cant seem to gain it back instead I'm losing. From a sz 5 I'm down to a 0-1 this is horrible I hate it

Oh...I think I read this wrong! Are you trying to gain weight quickly or are you asking what to do if you HAVE gained weight fast?

@mommyof2preciousboys1216, I kno of some pills u can buy on amazon that help! My Cuzin weighed 98 pounds and started them and they helped!
