@courtniek98x, i’v been really bad st exercising I just don’t have the energy after looking after 36 two year olds at work every day 😩 my eating is getting better now. I found myself being hungry all the time st first and haven’t stopped the habit. I’m bang on slimming world again when she’s here xx
