@alyssa5792, well the biggest problem is we knew she was sick but since being home for the past 3/4 days they finally took her in for a X-ray and found out but we’ve all been exposed for the past week now and she’s also disabled and mentally ill so she doesn’t cover when she coughs she often will have her hands in her mouth ext making all matters worse.

Heck no ! Your boss lost his mind . You should be home tomorrow and how ever other many days it takes until the patient is better , you have kids to take care of . People die from pneumonia. You don’t want to bring that home to you and your kids so your kids don’t get sick and so you don’t get anyone else sick as well by any chance . Stay home hun . Not worth it in my opinion

@luv_2b_amomma, yeah I was thinking as well I should just stay home , there are 8 in the home I’m speaking of and 4 of the 8 are all coughing heavy in the past few days 2 workers are really sick & my throat has been sore lungs feel heavier & im starting to get a nasty cough😩. My kids definitely don’t need it & im the only one at work that has children still at home, I just don’t wanna risk it.

She’s full assist & we typically don’t wear face masks at all around them because the company I work for isn’t licensed by state so no not every one in the home will even wear gloves when handling people I do however they don’t want them to feel like they are in a hospital etc so they say no masks, now since her disability & leg is messed up when you lift her , her face is I often right on your shoulder & she gets slobber everywhere , the problem is it’s not a hospital they don’t have strict rules for handling them sick because we more care give at their home. We honestly do not have the proper care she needs inside the home but her guardian of the state has all control over where she is placed in these situations, if it were my choice she would be in a hospital ASAP. She’s diabetic, has liver problems and they keep brushing it under the rug and it rubs me the wrong way that they won’t get her “proper” care 😔

@alyssa5792, they won’t even provide them it’s insane... I’ve been in so many arguments with the company over these same issues. I wish the state would take over. If I worked in a hospital I don’t even think I would be worried.

@babydiehl2016, well you got viral and bacterial, one more then the other past mostly by airborne coughs and sneezing which every one there is currently experiencing 🤦🏽‍♀️

@babydiehl2016, yeah my immune system is trash I get sick easily lol. I called my on call and she said stay away until the patient is at least on meds for a few days & someone Lysol’s the entire place 😂😂😂. I guess if your immune system is decent and you wash your hands and don’t get coughed on you’re safe but , they all cough right in your face if not on me in general 😂. Poor guys.
