I can’t stop eating ice!!!💙 baby is so mad he is kicking my butt I think I’m freezing him out lol

I craved ice while pregnant! Would sit and eat cups of it at a time.

@chelseaz, me my teeth are tired and I have bite marks on my checks but I’m still going at it

@aileen_west, I heard that too and asked my doctor about it. She said I was fine and that ice is a common pregnancy craving, but I do think there might be some truth to that for some people. Not sure. 🤷‍♀️

@mommynmotion, yeah lol there was nothing that could have stopped me from munching on ice. It seemed crazy to me too because I didn’t crave it with my first pregnancy.

@aileen_west, I’d rather crave ice then chalk and dirt like some people do😬 so with me it’s the opposite I started craving it with this pregnancy I didn’t like ice before I would actually order my drinks without the ice in it but now I be like....

Craving ice is a symptom of pica which is caused by anemia I always know when my anemia is pretty bad because I crave ice like people crave drugs lol I told my dr and sure enough I was tested and my iron is 5

@mamachey, I need to behave and remember to take my vitamins

I been tested multiple times for anemia in all 3 pregnancies and never had it, but craved ice every pregnancy lol

doesn't hurt to get check but it is also a pretty normal craving in pregnancy also.
