When did you start cereal for your LO?

We did oatmeal when we started solids, at 6 months.

4months we started baby food and cereal. You have to be careful with the cereal. Not to give them too much.

Im doing oatmeal in his bottles to help him keep it down and i started. At 2.5 month

AAP and WHO now recommend starting solids at 6m. Most peds aren’t up to date and will suggest 4m.

@elijahsmom, that is way too early and a choking hazard. I hope your ped didn’t suggest that.

I started my son and daughter at 3-4 months they did well. I EBF and I think my milk is thinning lots of factors: stress, food, birth control, stress... advice?

@cams they did bc he has spit up problems . Ill add a little to his bottle
