You can never have too much dessert! I did a 10" cake and cupcakes for mine. It doesn't have to be a fancy tiered cake. But I think having a small cake for a center piece is always nice.

I do Rice Krispy "cakes" so I can do it with other things. Agreed the normal came may be a little much with brownies just because they are so similar buy cakes just kind of seem like a given, they go with the party. Or instead of just icecream you could do brownies and icecream cake.

We had cookies and cupcakes at mine and honestly there was lots left over because people didn’t eat as much sweets as we anticipated. They mainly ate the fruits and dips

@noenahiza I love cakes, any type at every celebration, as well as you can't decorate other desserts the same way. You may be different but brownies, rice krispies or ice cream can be used to make a cake if you really wanted to.

Why don't you make your own cake if it's the cost that's the worry I made some pret decent cakes and I can hardly draw a stick man lol

Go to a place where you can find Wilton cake pans there like 10 Canadian use box cake mix funfetti or white and use food colouring to put the color for the baby. To make it a bit more firm just add a bit less water

Make icing orrrrr use jar icing and add a bit of icing sugar so it hold its shape

It cost me like 20 Canadian or less to make cool cakes I think so,w of the ones I made are in the food and recipes area
