Just curious when your baby actually started enjoying having books read to them? I love reading him…

We’re starting to get there but he still mostly just likes to read his board books on his own.

They're so easily distracted when they're little, but keep trying, my little boy was about 18 months when he first started to listen to a story start to finish, he now doesn't let me leave the room until I've read him at least 2 before bed 😂

My son pretends to read the books with his imaginary words 😅😂

Mine didn't care until she was 18 months or so. Now she loves reading them or us reading them to her. She's funny because she wants you to trace the words with your finger, and if you don't she will put your finger on them. And when she reads them to herself she does it too 😅

I started story time 1 month in, she listens intently and stares up at me and looks at the pages

8mths is a lil young .. most children gain the attention span once over 1year.
