Anybody already so depressed before/during pregnancy... that you are 100% terrified of post partum depression... I'm absolutely terrified and already looking for someone to see regularly, because I already know it's gonna hit me hard. I would never hurt myself or my children but I know I need to really make some changes and find a psychiatrist and find a medicine that works for me. I want to be happy and I hardly ever feel happy. I guess it's good that I know I need help and I am seeking help, but how can I be so terrified of something that hasn't even happened yet. I am getting my tubes tied so that I can always be here for my two boys, and find something that helps me and then never have to stop taking it.

I put myself in therapy already too. It's hard, momma. It is great you are looking for help now, in advanced. It makes sense to be scared about that, you have 2 baby boys. You are taking care of yourself so you can take care of them. Sending so so much love to you 💕💚

I’ve had an ongoing struggle with it way before pregnancy. And I was terrified of ppd as well. I’m glad you’re already taking the steps to prepare for it. Just remember to take things one day at a time. Give yourself breaks often if you can. Even if it’s just 5 mins here and there. It will be rough but you can make it through. See I'm scared of talking to strangers they don't know how you really feel and there judgemental I been depressed the entire 31 weeks hurt scared lost 1st time mom and don't know how Imma do it
