Hey moms!

Has anyone experienced Night Terror / Sleep Terror with their son? Or daughter? It’s mostly common in boys.

@bitchcraft, yeah during true night terrors one shouldn’t try to wake up the child just try to be soothing. But tell her to time it and try it out

If it’s truly a night terror, they ought to be happening around the same time every night. You can break the cycle by going in a couple mins before the time he normally has a night terror, gently wake him and then get him back to sleep.— keep doing it nightly

It’s super normal (thought alarming and worrisome) bc they’re developing so much.
