I’m going to schedule some time in my calendar that says “me day” and ask a friend to watch little peanut for me... I always forget to do little things that keep my happy, like painting my nails 😩... the most simple things, I seem to forget. Self-love is very important for anyone.. especially us moms.

It sure is a struggle. I stopped pumping on my lunch break so getting use to even having my lunch period free is weird. But last week I got my nails and toes did at that time and all I can say is 'ahhhh'
