My son is with his Dad, we went to go pick him up and he cried to stay another night. I caved and let him because his dad only pops up and has him every so often.. so for my sons sake I figured I should let him. Plus his dad just had another baby the day after I had mine.. so he will probably be even more absent in my sons life 😔

@adri8192 oh and I have been doing that for 6 years now.. it is a shame his Dad doesnt ask for him or see him for months.. and at one point 2 entire years.. but my husband is a great stepdad and we do what we need to do for the kids.

thats good that u and ur husband is there for ur son. i have a niece my brother hasnt been in her life either and ive gone off on him several times. but she has a step dad that takes really good care of her he even took her to the father daughter ball
