1 or 2 infant

Probably 1 or 2. You can measure his foot and look online for the sizes

Unless you want a certain type of shoe you can go to once upon a child (if you have one near you) and baby shoes are usually brand new and cheap. I get my son nikes that look like they have never been worn.

I’d go with a size 2. when my oldest was 4 months I remember buying him size 1 and I couldn’t get them all the way on his foot and he was a small guy
