I had a couple people ask me the same question like two weeks after I had my baby. I was even asked that while I was holding her!!! I'm like how could I look 8 months pregnant when I'm holding a 2 week old baby? Some people are just ignorant and they don't think before they speak. It takes our bodies and long time to go back to normal. It's only been month your body is still healing. Don't let their words bother you they don't know what they're talking about.

@momsrmagical they trully don't know and to know they are supposed to be educated people with degrees makes it even worst instead they should say congradulations and that's it I don't think their comments on my appearance should of been added,at all haha you where even holding your baby ....people are so stupid

I can understand why this would bother you people shouldn’t really ask in my opinion! Everyone’s body is different and it’s only been 1 month it takes time to heal! After I had my daughter I was pretty swollen for awhile it upset me. I had her 4 months ago and down 34 pounds now I still have away to go but I just started eating healthier and exercising when I can find the time with 2 kids. Don’t let people bring you down our bodies go through a lot to do an amazing thing. just do the best you can you will get there. ❤️

@verguinia yeah, nobody should be saying anything unless they know for sure 100% that you are pregnant because those words came out of your mouth. When I'm out and about running errands or doing whatever and I see a woman who looks pregnant or is obviously pregnant I don't say anything. If I strike up a conversation with them and they tell me they're pregnant the only thing I say is how amazing they look. Because every woman regardless of whether or not she has children she's pregnant or has children are amazing and beautiful. That is all that matters. Society has pressured women into hating their bodies. We are forced to think that we can't be anything but beautiful skinny and always be smiling. And you know what I say to those people?

He definitely handled it inappropriately! It’s okay for a dentist to ask if you might be pregnant because pregnancy does affect dental care, but it’s not okay for him to assume that you are or how far along he thinks you might be. And the wife needs to mind her damn business.

@momsrmagical lol yes a middle finger to them and also i agree with your whole post us women not only make children but our body changes in so many ways and never goes back to before birth and we are adoptable to the changes and people only shaming us is totally worth a middle finger !!!!and the dentist wife has a child tooo
