Extreme lower back pain like when it hit there was no warning I wasn’t do anything extreme literally walking and bam 💥 I get this sudden pain that I couldn’t walk normal I was baby stepping it. I have a wrap that supposed to help with back posture I’m debating about wearing it to lessen the stress on my back I couldn’t even roll over without pain right now it’s there but it’s not a 9 like it was last night

Update i put on my wrap I felt an instant relief off my lower back I hate depending on pain killers so it made me happy that it helped so I didn’t have to take another one
