@jack.ass mines been shortening but isn't dilated and they haven't said anything about funneling the onky thing they are worried about is my cervix being short

@erikanbethune2, my MFM said she’s seen moms with .2 make it to term. It really depends on if your body decides to dilate also. Mine shortened with #2, but also funneled and I delivered within a day of finding out. My third, it shortened but didn’t funnel or dilate and then lengthened again! You’re over a huge hurdle where if you had them now they wouldn’t be micro preemies, but still not something you’d want Obviously. Don’t worry unless the doctor tells you to worry. Every day in is a victory.

@jack.ass yeah literally all they've said is short cervix my babies are fine it's just my cervix

@jack.ass oh I already know there gonna be in the nicu for a little while and contractions some but I'm taking procardia to calm them pretty much and what's funneling

@erikanbethune2, makena is a weekly shot to strengthen the cervix. But they start at 16 weeks. Are you a candidate for a pessary?

I’d get prepared to have kiddos that may need NICU time. Set up a tour of the NICU if you can.
