My mom told me being pregnant will ruin my teeth if im not getting enough potassium

It messed some with my enamel on my teeth but it's partially my own fault for not drinking enough milk are getting enough calcium

I take vitamins and drink milk all the time and mines still hurt it’s been hurting since I found out I was pregnant

@mommie_4 i drink alot of milk i love milk and i brush my teeth 3 times a day. Im gonna make a dentist apointment i think i have a cavity

It depends on the person. This is my 3rd and I've had nothing go wrong with my teeth.
