Tell her she isn't allowed around your baby anymore, since she can't follow the rules.

Tell her if she can't handle your house rules then she will see a bad side or not be allowed in and take of the ring in your doorbell or even imagine gives your baby a rash or pink eye then how would you handle that....

Tell mom in law how she needs to tell your sis in law to follow orders or not come over .... you can't babysit no more
