So ever since I lost my mucus plug these contractions are more and more painful but still not close…

So ever since I lost my mucus plug these contractions are more and more painful but still not close apart and I’ve been feeling like I’m leaking but my underwear isn’t wet and the nausea is out of control right now. I can’t even eat or drink anything without it coming right back up. Has anyone else ever felt like this after losing a huge huge chunk of mucus with blood?
