So yesterday I went into the hospital after my drs. App. Due to me having a high blood pressure and protein in the urine which all came back normal afterwards but my contractions did start 4-6 min apart and I dialated to a 2.5. They sent us back home cause my contractions weren't as intense to dialate me fast so might as well wait it out at home, but what are some things I could do to speed this process up? I just wanna meet my baby boy already!
