I’m SOOOO paranoid about getting stretch marks so I went out and bought Shea lotion and Skin Therapy…

Try coconut lotion with my first I didn't have any stretch Mark's. And also dont itch them it only makes them worse

You're going to get a truck load of comments saying you can't avoid them. If your mom had stretch Mark's you'll probably get them. But I still lotion and use bio oil all day every day I was reading they dont usually come until the after the 7th month of pregnancy and 90% of women get them. But best of luck to us lol

@kendrab, lol thank you! I mean I don’t mind to have some but Id like to try and prevent them as much as possible. I believed the whole genetics thing but my friend who has 2 kids, pregnant with her third” has none! And her mom told me she personally has a lot so I have some faith lol

@nataliaalazcano I feel like lotioning and such has to help some. It does hydrate the skin and has to help elasticity in some type of way!

Lots of water!! Stay hydrated & make sure you don’t scratch!! I went my whole pregnancy with ZERO stretch marks!! & I say the whole it’s genetics things is bs bc my mom is full of stretch marks & I didn’t get one so 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Good luck!! I am pretty sure my mom got a lot of stretch marks with my brother and I but I got very few my first pregnancy. I didn’t use any lotions or anything on my belly because I am super lazy, but I hope whatever you try helps!
