So my baby girl poops out the back of her newborn diapers. She completely fills them up with pee. They are too dang small! Then size one diapers she pees and it leaks out the leg holes because her legs are too small. They are too darn big! Any suggestions?!

Maybe try live or huggies. I've noticed huggies are more snug and form fitting. Luvs run smaller the Pampers also so that might help too
You can always fold the front of the diaper under her belly button and the strap it. In the NICU that's what size my daughter wore till she was home and I had new burns diaper aren't always depending on baby size. I had to move my daughter to a bigger size because she pees so much.
@first_time_mom_in_ky try to overlap and if that don't work I would try a different brand.

Luvs size 1 didn’t fit my daughter they were to big, I switched to pampers size 1, and so far 🤞🏼 we haven’t had any accidents.
What brand do you use? Maybe try a different brand that sometimes helps. I always overlap the velcro little sticky things as well
Huggies little snugglers is the best! 🤗 We had the same issue with pampers and switched to Huggies and never looked back!
