When in doubt, go to a makeup store like Sephora or ulta

Use the lightest shade you can find & use it lightly. Personally big fan of Urban Decays eyebrow pomade, instead of Walmart, try going to Ulta, they have a wide selection and you may be able to find something that works for you

I've found that only the expensive stuff has the light browns. 🤷🏼‍♀️ no idea why

My favorite, I have weird hair it gets dark in the winter and lighter in the summer so it’s sorta in between dark blonde and light brown, it’s weird so I use this color.

You can buy it off amazon if you can find it at Walmart

I don't wear much makeup but do they have a light colored lip liner? Or maybe a foundation and then follow with eyeshadow?

Sorry I can’t help you with a specific brow resolution.. But I have a lazy eyebrow and I have to fill in my brows also. Eye primer will keep all your eye make up in place. A setting spray will also lock in your make up.

I shop at ulta at times and they do have good deals here and there. They carry a wide variety of brands and also have a rewards program. Sign up for the email or mailing list and you get coupons and special offers. I’ve never had a bad experience.
