Thank god she is actually going to bed without a fight tonight. This is the easiest she has been in the past week. She's not even 2 yet and these terrible 2s are really kicking my ass. I don't get much sleep anymore cuz all she does is fight me on going to bed and all she does during the day is get into stuff she knows she's not supposed to and throw fits about everything. I'm one defeated mom 😣😥😫😓😭😩😴☠😩

I thought the terrible twos hit before he was two. Boy, was I wrong. Those days were nothing compared to now! He's fighting naps and bedtime, screaming so loud my ears ring. He's turned into a terror when I drop him off at childcare, tantrums over everything, refusing all his favorite foods. Even when he doesn't nap he still lights bedtime 😩 I only just got him to bed and it's 10! He used to go down no problem at 730

@kjw21413 @scidg3, I sure hope this phase doesn't last long for all of our sakes!! I don't know how they can sleep so little and still be full of energy and get in trouble all day. Let's hope that tomorrow is much better mamas

@nomli, mine is being the same way and she won't be 2 until the 11th. I used to get her to go to be by 7 or 7:30 without a fight but now there are nights she won't fall asleep until 11. I can't get her to nap at all cuz all she does is escape her crib. And whenever she gets in trouble she throws the biggest fit possible and sometimes she will hit me

@abbysmom2016, oh, that sucks. He hasn't managed to climb out of the crib yet at least (we dropped the mattress to the floor because he's tall enough that otherwise it'd be easy), he just stands there and screams. He like to throw things when he gets in trouble, as well as hit and kick. It's so much fun. The only saving grace is that he'll sleep until 830 most mornings.

@abbysmom2016, oh no I’m glad my son doesn’t hit me he was pretty early with milestones he’s been walking since 8months so he’s been in a toddler bed since and will be 2 in oct Im like you use to go to sleep no problem play and listen and try to say words ect he’s not doing bAd but the yelling is the worst and has to go lol but he know how to open the gate like a adult I’m like no no no chill and his 8months old brother is following him I’m like no pls don’t scream to praying we all get some peace soon
