So I gave my son milk mixed with his formula for the past few days and I noticed today little red dots looks like hives on his legs only...and I’m wondering if it’s from the milk? He’s on similac sensitive formula so he’s got a sensitive system as it is...he is 11 and a half months old. I stopped the milk should I call pediatrician tomorrow?

I would call the pedi just to make sure, but it could be nothing other than his body getting used to the milk, it’s a lot harder for their bodies to process. My son is allergic to dairy and it was VERY obvious when it happened. He may have a sensitive system but similac sensitive already has dairy in it
