How old is he?

New born he was born at 32 weeks and is still in NICU . She was being dumb and smoking it while pregnant . Now just because she dose it I don't. Her and I are both way different .

@18deirfield, this happened to my so cousin they just made sure her home was fit for a baby. They also followed up and checked on her child for a few months then closed the case.

I would also recommend her going to the nicu as much as possible. I’m not sure if they will tie the 2 together but I do know that when your child is in the nicu they monitor how much you come and how you interact with the baby.

Yes she bought Lot of cleaners and said that she wouldnt smoke until they came and left. Not my life . But hey

@icytoya, girl I had to leave for the weekend I cried and told them please don’t take my baby away. They were like ma’am you’re literally in here all day everyday it is ok lol

Also if she decides to smoke after they drop the case she should always go outside to smoke because u never know. Once in the system always in the system. And definitely dont go to the hospital smelling like it. It really should be a eye opener for her...

@mbelton5 Aw. Im happy that they didnt! Im pretty sure some countys are a-holes. I have known people in that situation. But u live and u learn.

Yeah she's facing other things to if it did happen I couldn't take them that's the sad part.
