Im pissed at my 5 and 7 year old. I had baby in her bouncer and they were sitting next to her. I had to go potty. And get my 1 year old something to eat before her nap. I go to the restroom and walk to the kitchen and i hear the five year old saying shove more fingers in her mouth try your pinky. I go running in like wth are you doing to her? This isnt the first baby theyve ever been around they 100% know better than to put their dirty ass fingers in a babies mouth....

That’s generally why it’s best not to leave responsibly upon young children to look after their infant sibling even if only for a moment and even if it isn’t explicitly stated for them to do so. Kids are curious and things like this will happen. Lesson learned for next time.

@queenmeeks right lesson learned. I was gone all of 2 minutes not even 2 rooms away. Guess i just expected a little common sense out of my almost 8 year old

@mom4m children that young don’t truly have impulse control, so no need to be upset with them. Use this as a teaching moment for how they are to interact with their baby sister going forward and don’t leave her alone with them.
