Charlie woke screaming crying last night and didn't go back to sleep till 2! Felt like he was having night terrors or…

My son has night terrors there bloody awful aren’t they x

@rachaellw that's all I can think it is.... just woke screaming like terrified... then didmt settle for hours... I've never seen him actually seem scared! Xx

@laurabump27, no don’t wake him. Just comfort him if he will let you. My son won’t let me touch him. I just have to sit next to him and talk to him. I try and cool

Him down if I can because I think it’s because he gets to hot. X
