Ok mommas so i need your opinions on different IUDs, My son is currently 5months & i am not planning on having any kids anytime soon..
what would u recommend? im really scared cus i know theres different things out there.. but what would recommend? its my first time ever using any type of birth control.. please help!

IUD is one of the least safest birth controls. It can move into your uterus and make it so you can’t have kids or if you get pregnant it can get stuck in the babies head, I would never get an IUD.

Ask about nexplanon. It's a tiny match stick sized rod that in implanted under the skin in your upper arm. (Yes needles are involved, but they numb you) it lasts for 3 years, and personally, I have had the least side effects while on it. This isn't the same for everyone. Some people hate it. But I personally find it to be the best for me.
I won't do an IUD because of what @eryka616 said. When something goes wrong, it goes very wrong. But I've known people who love it and swear by it.
My suggestion is to ask about ALL options like these. And find one that works best.for you.

ok ill keep those in mind... im new at this ive never use anything like this.. heard alot of things i just dont want something that will make me gain weight 😩😩

@nmaribel513 unfortunately most hormonal BC will possibly make you gain some. But, find what works for you. And know it going into it, you can work it off too.
