@joselin.salazar47, it’s nothing that you’re doing wrong to cause them.. some people are more at risk because they have clogged glands. How long have you been doing it for? Because it is such a sensitive area I don’t recommend trying to pop them. Do you have antibiotics.

I've heard placing a silver spoon to the area works but i don't know if the source is reliable, i took it as an old wives tail but it can't hurt to try

My daughter use to get those ALL the time and our pediatrician and eye dr both told us to do a warm compress on it until it’s gone and then to avoid getting them again, we started washing her face with soap twice a day and they haven’t come back she hasn’t gotten one in over two years

Mainly washing the eye area to get bacteria off so we used tear free soap we used the honest company baby soap.
