i got asked so many times if i tried inducing myself early 🙄. NO my baby coming early was unplanned, 2 days before she was born i had a tight closed cervix and was not dilated. on july 14th i had labor contractions out of no where and was sent to l&d to find out i was already 3 centimeters dilated and 50% effaced. Doctors thought it was too late to try to keep her in longer and kept me for 24 hours to see if i dilated more . the next day at 5 am i was already 8 centimeters and 90% effaced. by 1:36pm that day i had my baby . i do wished my baby stayed in longer 36 weeks is early but i thank god everything went well and she was a healthy baby. Never will i try to force something to happen if it’s not time yet.
