I believe they switch to skim/low-fat at 2.

Nope. Only way we can get whole milk is if we get a note from my daughters doctor saying she needs it.

Nope I was told while milk stops at 2 and 2% is only for pregnant mom

When the baby turns 1 he gets whole milk 2 and over fat free or skim milk for toddlers and mom.
