George is too fussy and I don’t like pumping, letting my milk dry up... oh it hurts

When allowing your milk to dry up, it's gona be painful. If your breast become too full and engorged then try hand expressing some of the milk in a warm bath/shower. It'll take some time.. But eventually without the constant feeding it will all dry up. ❤️

For me it took about a week. It’s painful. At first I would pump just enough to relieve a bit of pressure.

I stopped feeding and pumping months ago and I’m still producing. 🤷🏽‍♀️

@delamorena2121 omg wowza.. Did your doc give Anny suggestions as to how to completely stop your flow?

No I haven’t talked to my doctor, hurt the first day nows not so bad
