@fakoffyeh, public settings are a bit overwhelming. Especially after I had my surgery it seems to be worse and almost impossible. I sat in the car at Walmart in the parking lot for a hour before I got out. I think I need to talk to someone .
@fakoffyeh, omg I’m sorry to hear that . I hope it’s better for you now . Has the magnesium helped any ? It got to the point where I didn’t want to leave the house . I was terrified. And Walmart for some reason makes it worse but it’s like who doesn’t have to go to Walmart right ?
@luv_2b_amomma It's literally why I choose to pay more by shopping at Target. It's a whole other world and experience there. I leave with sanity intact.
@fakoffyeh, I will definitely ask my doctor about me trying it . I’m glad it helped you hun . I try to do the same thing but it’s like all my mind wants to do it’s think about how I’m at Walmart and it’s panic mode for me on top of my son yelling I want a toy and can’t decide on one lol.
@lovelily, someone else told me to try target but the prices are a bit more expensive. I will try going the next time I need something and hopefully I get a different experience . I would to leave with my sanity intact and be able to walk thru the store in peace .

My husband experiences murderous rage if he has to go to Wal Mart and I chalk that up to anxiety.
