Can PPD occur after the first few months of having a baby, or am I just going crazy 😞😩

Yes it can happen up to the first year I believe

The first few weeks they call it baby blues. Anything after that can be cause for concern. It's best to speak with your dr.

It sure can. After my second mine hit me like a ton of bricks 4.5 months post partum.

Go talk to a doctor or a health professional you have. They do a quiz with you to see where you score in specific categories. I thought I was at most just mildly depressed when my husband urged me to go and it turned out I fell under severely depressed and started medication right away. It pulled me out of my funk and finally made me feel like I could finally breathe again.

I forgot to add, but I seriously wish you all the best. It's such a scary and can feel like isolating thing to go through.
