@alishap1212, yummy ! I love pulled pork . Takes to long though. I actually want to try it smoked .

Ended up making baked honey bbq chicken , cabbage, corn bread and rice .

@luv_2b_amomma, I liked pulled pork also this was a roast just like pork chops it was done in 30 mins which is all the time I have to cook with a 5 month old soon to be 6 months
